The research adopts methods of questionnaire survey and literature review to collect data, and uses SPSS statistical software to analyze data. The results show that there are many problems in the health complaints and reports in Dezhou City from 2024 to 2024, mainly including high complaint volume, continuous increase of complaint rate and single complaint channel.
