This paper mainly studies the microstructure and properties of 360MPa-grade ship plate steel, and explores the factors affecting its properties through various experimental methods.Firstly, this paper introduces the main mechanical properties of 360MPa-grade ship plate steel and its application in shipbuilding. Then, through a variety of experimental methods such as metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 360MPa-grade ship plate steel are studied, and the influence of heat treatment on its properties is also explored.The research results show that the microstructure of 360MPa-grade ship plate steel is mainly composed of ferrite and bainite. The heat treatment process can adjust its grain size and relative distribution, thereby affecting its macro mechanical properties.
