ABO4 heterogenous materials have been widely studied, but there remain many unknowns about their homogenous counterparts. In recent years, the field of nanotechnology has enabled the opportunity to investigate the structures and property relationship at the nanoscale level. Objective:The objective of this project is to investigate the structural control at the nanoscale level and properties of ABO4 homogeneous polycrystalline materials. We aim to achieve this by synthesizing ABO4 materials with different morphologies and by controlling their crystallization process. We will analyze the structural and morphological properties of the synthesized materials using various characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). We will also investigate the mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties of the synthesized materials to establish the relationship between the structural properties and the functional properties of the materials.Methodology:1. Synthesis of ABO4 homogeneous polycrystalline materials: We will use a solid-state reaction method to synthesize the ABO4 materials. Several morphologies such as nanoparticles, nanowires, and bulk materials will be synthesized by controlling the reaction conditions such as temperature and time.2.
