Firstly, the anti-gravity infiltration casting technology and related knowledge of Al2O3k/Al porous composite materials are introduced. Then, the feasibility of preparing Al2O3k/Al porous composite materials and sandwich panels by anti-gravity infiltration casting is discussed. Next, this paper puts forward a solution to the oxidation problem during the solidification process in the preparation process, and explores the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of Al2O3k/Al porous composite materials and sandwich panels prepared by anti-gravity infiltration casting through macro experiments and micro analysis. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed and summarized, and the direction and significance of further research are discussed.【Keywords】anti-gravity infiltration casting; Al2O3k/Al porous composite material; sandwich panel; structural characteristics; mechanical properties
