Based on the field investigation and data analysis of ARISTON company, this paper analyzes the DGI production line of the company. The analysis results show that there are some problems in the production efficiency of the production line, and there are many bottlenecks and improvement space in the process.Based on this, this paper proposes two organizational plans, namely decentralized organizational plan and centralized organizational plan, and conducts feasibility analysis and comparison.
