However, BRT system is prone to congestion and delay at intersections, especially during peak hours. Therefore, intersection priority control technology has become an important means to solve BRT congestion problems. This paper mainly introduces the research and design scheme of BRT intersection priority control technology.Firstly, this paper reviews the BRT system and existing intersection traffic control technology, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Then, the principle and implementation method of BRT intersection priority control technology are elaborated in detail.
