精品文档---下载后可任意编辑CoSb3 基热电纳米材料的水热制备及讨论中期报告摘要:本文以水热法作为制备 CoSb3 基热电纳米材料的手段,通过调节合成条件和添加助剂等方式,讨论了不同条件下 CoSb3 纳米粉体的制备和热电性能。实验结果表明,水热法可以有效制备出具有较高晶度和较小晶粒尺寸的 CoSb3 纳米粉末,并且适当添加助剂可以进一步提高纳米材料的热电性能。此外,在制备过程中,还讨论了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、氧化还原过程等因素对 CoSb3 纳米材料的晶化、晶粒尺寸和热电性能的影响。该讨论对于理解 CoSb3 基热电材料的制备和性能优化具有一定的参考价值。关键词:CoSb3,水热法,纳米材料,热电性能Abstract:In this paper, hydrothermal method was used to prepare CoSb3-based thermoelectric nanomaterials. Different conditions for the preparation of CoSb3 nanomaterials and additives were studied to improve their thermoelectric properties. The experimental results show that hydrothermal method can effectively prepare CoSb3 nanometer powders with high crystallinity and small particle size, and appropriate additives can further improve the thermoelectric properties of nanomaterials. In addition, the effects of factors such as calcination temperature, calcination time, and oxidation-reduction process on the crystallization, particle size, and thermoelectric properties of CoSb3 nanomaterials were also studied during the preparation process. This study has a certain reference value for understanding the preparation and performance optimization of CoSb3-based thermoelectric materials.Keywords: CoSb3, hydrothermal method, nanomaterials, thermoelectric properties
