Therefore, this paper takes COSTA Coffee's Chinese market as the research object, exploring the problems in its marketing strategy, and proposes countermeasures based on this to help COSTA Coffee better develop in the Chinese market.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the research background and significance, introducing the development of COSTA Coffee and its influence on the Chinese coffee market; the second part is a literature review, analyzing COSTA Coffee's marketing strategy, the current situation and characteristics of the Chinese coffee market; the third part is the research method, including questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to better understand the current situation and problems of COSTA Coffee in the Chinese market; the last part is the result analysis and countermeasure suggestions, based on the results of the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, combined with relevant theories and research to summarize the problems that exist in COSTA Coffee in the 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Chinese market and proposed corresponding countermeasures.【Keywords】COSTA Coffee; Chinese market; marketing strategy; problems; countermeasures
