The reaction uses alkyne and amino compounds as reactants to form heterocyclic compounds containing carbon-nitrogen bonds. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors such as reaction conditions, catalyst selection, substrate adaptability, reaction mechanism, etc. on the reaction yield, and to use the reaction to synthesize a series of heterocyclic compounds with drug activity, providing new ideas and methods for drug research.【Keywords】Cu(I) catalysis; carbon-nitrogen bond coupling; heterocyclic compounds; reaction mechanism; drug activity
