This study aims to investigate the role and mechanism of CXCR4 in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and to provide new ideas and methods for the early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. The study will analyze the expression of CXCR4 in gastric cancer tissues, construct gastric cancer cell lines, determine the migration and invasion ability of gastric cancer cells, detect the related proteins of downstream signaling pathways of CXCR4, and explore the role and mechanism of CXCR4 in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. The study aims to provide a new treatment method and target for the prevention of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis.【Key words】CXCR4, gastric cancer, invasion and metastasis, downstream signaling pathway
