This article studied the expression and significance of Cyclin E and p27 proteins in actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma. Through immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis, it was found that Cyclin E expression was significantly increased and p27 expression was significantly decreased in actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma tissues. This suggests that the overexpression of Cyclin E and the loss of p27 may promote skin keratinization and carcinogenesis. Based on the above results, this article proposes that Cyclin E and p27 may become therapeutic targets for actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma.Keywords: actinic keratosis; squamous cell carcinoma; Cyclin E; p27; immunohistochemistry; Western blot
