Using experimental techniques such as X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, and direct current magnetization test, the phase structure, grain size, hysteresis loop, and other characteristics of BiFeO3 ceramics under different doping concentrations were studied. The results show that the doping of Dy and Co elements can significantly improve the magnetic properties of BiFeO3 ceramics, increase its magnetic phase transition temperature, and also have an effect on its lattice structure and micro morphology.Keywords: rare earth elements; BiFeO3 ceramics; magnetic phase transition temperature; doping concentration; magnetic properties
