However, there is a certain incompatibility between them. This paper studies the effect of EPDM-g-MAH compatibilizer on the properties of EPDM/MVQ blend rubber. The performance test of the blend rubber was carried out by using a vulcanizing apparatus and a universal testing machine. The results showed that EPDM-g-MAH compatibilizer can significantly improve the tensile strength, elongation at break, and thermal resistance of EPDM/MVQ blend rubber, reduce the hardness and yield strength. This study provides a theoretical basis for further optimizing the performance of EPDM/MVQ blend rubber.Keywords: EPDM-g-MAH compatibilizer; EPDM/MVQ blend rubber; performance test; optimization; theoretical research
