This paper explores the application of GPRS communication technology in electronic nose systems based on electronic nose technology. The so-called electronic nose is a device that converts the human sense of smell into digital signals.This paper first introduces the basic structure and working principle of the electronic nose system, and then elaborates on the characteristics, applications, and development history of GPRS communication technology. Subsequently, this paper focuses on analyzing the application of GPRS communication technology in electronic nose systems, including the remote monitoring and data transmission mechanism based on GPRS communication technology, and the advantages and limitations of GPRS communication technology in real-time monitoring of electronic noses, and proposes relevant improvement solutions.Finally, this paper summarizes the research on the application of GPRS communication technology in electronic nose systems, and proposes future research directions and priorities.Keywords: electronic nose; GPRS communication technology; remote monitoring; data transmission; real-time monitoring.
