Firstly, the research objectives and significance are clarified, and a summary of the research status of arterial elasticity in Graves' disease patients in recent years is given. Secondly, the research methods and sample selection are introduced, and the ultrasound measurement and statistical analysis methods are described in detail to obtain reasonable and reliable data.
