However, its mechanism of action is not clear. This paper aims to explore the role of G protein-coupled receptors in the oxytocin relief of morphine analgesic tolerance. Through literature search and scientific experiments, we found that oxytocin can activate G protein-coupled receptors, release endogenous opioid-like substances, enhance analgesic effects, and reduce morphine-induced tolerance. Therefore, we believe that G protein-coupled receptors play an important role in oxytocin relief of morphine analgesic tolerance, and future research should further explore its mechanisms and applications to improve the efficacy of clinical analgesic treatment.Key words: oxytocin, morphine, analgesic tolerance, G protein-coupled receptors.
