精品文档---下载后可任意编辑HIPPPOE 二元共混物及其增韧 iPP 的讨论的开题报告【摘要】随着塑料制品在日常生活中的广泛应用,越来越多的讨论者开展了与塑料增韧相关的讨论。本文针对聚丙烯(iPP)的性质进行讨论,通过将其与高密度聚乙烯-聚丙烯嵌段共聚物(HIPPPOE)进行二元共混,探究 HIPPPOE 对 iPP 增韧的影响及其机理。讨论结果表明,添加HIPPPOE 可以显著提高 iPP 的韧性和抗冲击性能,并且增韧效果随着HIPPPOE 含量的增加而逐渐增强。同时,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察发现,添加 HIPPPOE 后 iPP 的形态结构发生改变,呈现出更加规则、致密的形态,这可能是增韧机理之一。本讨论为探究塑料增韧机理提供了新思路,为塑料制品的开发和应用提供了重要的讨论基础。【关键词】 HIPPPOE;iPP;二元共混;增韧;扫描电子显微镜【Abstract】With the extensive application of plastic products in daily life, more and more researchers have conducted research related to plastic toughening. In this study, the properties of polypropylene (iPP) were studied, and the influence of high-density polyethylene-polypropylene block copolymer (HIPPPOE) on the toughening of iPP and its mechanism were explored by binary blending. The results showed that adding HIPPPOE can significantly improve the toughness and impact resistance of iPP, and the toughening effect gradually increases with the increase of HIPPPOE content. At the same time, it was found through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation that the morphology of iPP changed into a more regular and compact morphology after adding HIPPPOE, which may be one of the toughening mechanisms. This study provides a new idea for exploring the toughening mechanism of plastics, and provides an important research foundation for the development and application of plastic products.【Keywords】 HIPPPOE; iPP; binary blending; toughening; scanning electron microscopy
