This paper will explore the mechanism of action of Hsp27 and Hsp70 in RIP. Hsp27 and Hsp70 are two common heat shock proteins that play an important protective role in cells. RIP can increase the expression levels of Hsp27 and Hsp70 in myocardial cells, playing an anti-dysfunction, anti-apoptotic role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
