Through literature review and research design, we understand the mechanism of IGF-I and Ki-67 in breast cancer and their molecular biology characteristics. Analysis of their expression in breast cancer and their relationship with patient prognosis, explore their application value in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation. This study mainly uses the immunohistochemistry method to detect the expression of IGF-I and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue, and statistical analysis is combined with patients' clinical history and pathological data. The ultimate goal is to provide useful diagnostic and therapeutic guidance for precision medicine.Keywords: IGF-I; Ki-67; breast cancer; immunohistochemistry; precision medicine.
