In IP networks, the allocation of multi-service resources is critical. This paper proposes a pricing-based multi-service resource allocation mechanism and studies and analyzes it. This paper first introduces the problem and current situation of multi-service resource allocation, and then analyzes the characteristics and challenges of multi-service resource allocation in IP networks. Then, the principle and implementation of the pricing-based multi-service resource allocation mechanism are described in detail, and its advantages and limitations are analyzed.
