This paper takes the J Province Power Grid Company branch as the research object, analyzes and evaluates its existing performance management system, and analyzes the problems it faces. Through research on relevant literature and summarization of practical experience, a set of improvement plans for a performance management system suitable for the company are proposed, and the feasibility and feasibility of the plan are analyzed.
