Through bioinformatics analysis and literature research, it was found that mir-663 may play an important role in the radiation response of lung cancer cells by targeting TGF-beta1. Further experiments showed that the expression level of mir-663 was significantly increased after radiation treatment, and the mRNA and protein expression levels of TGF-beta1 were also up-regulated, indicating that mir-663 may regulate the radiation response of lung cancer cells by suppressing the expression of TGF-beta1. Finally, it was found that the up-regulation of mir-663 can promote the apoptosis of lung cancer cells after radiation therapy and inhibit cell proliferation through cell proliferation and apoptosis experiments.Keywords: mir-663, TGF-beta1, lung cancer, radiation, apoptosis
