精品文档---下载后可任意编辑MRI 对超声诊断后颅窝积液胎儿的 MRI 评价及随访讨论的开题报告摘要:本讨论旨在探讨 MRI 在超声诊断后颅窝积液胎儿的评价及随访中的应用。选取符合入选标准的 18 例颅内积液胎儿进行 MRI 检查,并进行图像分析。所有胎儿均在超声诊断后的 32 周内完成 MRI 检查,检查后进行随访。讨论结果表明,MRI 能够明确显示胎儿颅内的积液情况,并能够进一步明确胎儿生长发育的情况。在 18 例胎儿中,14 例确诊为孤立性积液,4 例为结构异常致胎儿颅内积液。胎儿颅内积液的程度也能够通过MRI 明确显示。长期随访结果显示,所有胎儿均可正常发育,未检出神经系统等发育异常或负面影响。综上所述,MRI 对超声诊断后颅窝积液胎儿的评价及随访具有重要意义,可以提供更为准确的诊断结果及患者随访指导,为临床医生提供更为可靠的参考。更多的临床讨论仍需开展,以进一步探讨 MRI 在胎儿颅内积液诊断及随访中的应用价值。关键词:MRI;超声;颅内积液胎儿;评价;随访Abstract:The aim of this study is to explore the application of MRI in the evaluation and follow-up of fetuses with intracranial fluid accumulation after ultrasound diagnosis. A total of 18 fetuses with intracranial fluid accumulation who met the inclusion criteria were selected for MRI examination and image analysis. All fetuses completed the MRI examination within 32 weeks after ultrasound diagnosis and were followed up after the examination. The results showed that MRI could clearly show the intracranial fluid accumulation in fetuses and further clarify the growth and development of fetuses. Among the 18 fetuses, 14 were diagnosed as isolated fluid accumulation and 4 were structurally abnormal causing intracranial fluid accumulation. The degree of intracranial fluid accumulation could also be clearly displayed by MRI. Long-term follow-up results showed that all fetuses developed normally and no neurological developmental abnormalities or adverse effects were detected.In conclusion, the evaluation and follow-up of fetuses with intracranial fluid accumulation after ultrasound diagnosis by MRI are of great significance, which can provide more accurate 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑diagnostic results and guidance for patient follow-up and provide more reliable reference for clinicians.
