The purpose of this paper is to design and optimize the manufacturing process of P-2200 high-pressure mud pump, improve production efficiency and reduce cost. Firstly, based on the product features and production process of the pump, the production equipment is selected and improved, and the process structure is optimized to improve production efficiency and optimize manufacturing cost. In view of the problems encountered in the production and operation of the pump, corresponding solutions are proposed, including optimization measures in material selection, machining accuracy requirements and assembly process.
