The present paper intends to study the construction methods of P-C compounds and the chemical properties and biological activities of phosphorylated natural products. Firstly, this paper introduces the classification and synthesis methods of P-C compounds, including emerging methods such as metal catalysis and photocatalysis. Then, the present paper focuses on the mechanism of action and biological activity of phosphorylated natural products, and discusses the application prospects of these compounds in antibacterial, anti-tumor and other fields.
