Currently, the main method of preventing and controlling PCV2 virus infection is vaccination. This study aims to investigate the preparation and immunogenicity of PCV2 virus-like particle vaccine, and to provide more effective epidemic prevention measures for the pig breeding industry.This study will be conducted in the following three aspects: 1) optimize the PCV2 virus expression system to produce strains that efficiently express PCV2 virus particles; 2) establish a method for purifying PCV2 virus particles, and select efficient and cost-effective methods; 3) evaluate the immunogenicity of PCV2 virus-like particle vaccine, including the preventive effect of the vaccine on PCV2 virus infection, safety and stability.This study will use a variety of research methods such as molecular biology, immunology, and cell biology to focus on the preparation techniques and immunogenicity evaluation of 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑PCV2 virus-like particle vaccine, and explore its application prospects in pig breeding.【Keywords】PCV2 virus；virus-like particle vaccine；preparation；purification；immunogenicity
