Firstly, the chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure and mechanical properties test of the material were carried out, and compared with traditional Q235B steel plate. Secondly, the microstructure of the composite plate was observed and analyzed by SEM technology, and the interlayer bonding mechanism and crack propagation path were explored. Finally, the strain and deformation characteristics of the composite plate under stress were studied by the finite element numerical simulation method.【Key Words】Q235B; Multi-layer composite thick plate; Microstructure; Performance research; Finite element analysis
