精品文档---下载后可任意编辑QTVI 评价 MVR 术后患者左心功能的临床讨论的开题报告Dear Professor,I am writing to submit a research proposal for your evaluation. The research aims to evaluate the left heart function of patients who underwent MVR surgery using QTVI.Mitral valve replacement (MVR) is a surgical procedure used to treat valvular heart disease. Though MVR is considered a safe procedure, it can cause damage to the heart's left chambers, leading to cardiac dysfunction. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate the left heart function of patients who undergo MVR surgery.Currently, the most commonly used method to evaluate left heart function is echocardiography. However, this can be time-consuming, requires technical expertise, and may have limitations in its ability to detect subtle changes in heart function. QTVI, on the other hand, is a non-invasive method that measures the mechanical performance of the left ventricle by analyzing the changes in the ventricular walls' speckle patterns. The study will be a prospective, observational, single-center study. It will include adult patients who underwent MVR and were followed up for a minimum of six months. QTVI will be performed at baseline and six-month follow-up to evaluate changes in left heart function. The primary outcome will be left heart dysfunction, as assessed by QTVI at six months post-MVR surgery. Secondary outcomes will include the incidence of postoperative complications, echocardiography findings, and patient-reported outcomes. In conclusion, this study aims to evaluate the left heart function of patients who undergo MVR surgery using QTVI. The findings of the study may provide information on the feasibility and accuracy of QTVI as a tool to evaluate left heart function post-MVR surgery, which may ultimately lead to improved patient outcomes.Thank you for considering this research proposal. I look forward to your feedback.Sincerely,[Your Name]
