However, there are some problems in the process of the reaction, such as low yield of products and high reaction temperature. Therefore, this paper aims to explore how to improve the process of the Reimer-Tiemann reaction, and improve its reaction efficiency and economic feasibility.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the principle and mechanism of the Reimer-Tiemann reaction, and focuses on the reasons for the low yield of products and high reaction temperature. Then, two possible improvement schemes are proposed, including introducing catalysts and changing reaction conditions.
