精品文档---下载后可任意编辑rhbFGF、rhIGF-I 与人工骨复合促进犬牙周组织再生的实验讨论的开题报告【摘要】目的:探究 rhbFGF(人重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)、rhIGF-I(人重组胰岛素样生长因子 I)与人工骨复合在促进犬牙周组织再生方面的作用机制,为进一步优化临床牙周病的治疗方法提供实验依据。方法:选取健康的成年狗 8 只,进行牙周病模型制备,采纳人工骨、rhbFGF 和 rhIGF-I 的联合应用方法,随机分为实验组和对比组,观察治疗前后的狗咬颌度、牙周袋深度、牙周炎指数及组织学变化,比较两组之间的差异。预期结果:实验组的治疗效果将明显优于对比组,表现为狗咬颌度的明显提高、牙周袋深度的显著减少、牙周炎指数的明显降低、组织学方面石膏基质的吸收速度加快,新骨生长明显增加。结论:rhbFGF、rhIGF-I 与人工骨复合可显著促进犬牙周组织再生,是有望作为临床牙周病治疗新方法的重要组成部分。【关键词】牙周炎;rhbFGF;rhIGF-I;人工骨;再生【Abstract】Objective: To explore the mechanism of rhbFGF (recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor), rhIGF-I (recombinant human insulin-like growth factor I) and artificial bone composite in promoting periodontal tissue regeneration in dogs, and to provide experimental evidence for further optimizing the treatment methods of clinical periodontal disease.Methods: Eight healthy adult dogs were selected and periodontal disease models were prepared. The combined application of artificial bone, rhbFGF and rhIGF-I was used, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The differences between the two groups were compared by observing the bite degree, periodontal pocket depth, periodontal index and histological changes before and after treatment.Expected results: The treatment effect of the experimental group will be significantly better than that of the control group, 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑manifested as a significant increase in the bite degree of dogs, a significant decrease in periodontal pocket depth, a significant reduction in periodontal index, an accelerated absorption rate of gypsum matrix in tissue histology, and a significant increase in new bone growth.Conclusion: The composite of rhbFGF, rhIGF-I and artificial bone can significantly promote periodontal tissue regeneration in dogs, and is expected to become an important part of new clinical treatment methods for periodontal disease.【Key words】 Periodontitis; rhbFGF; rhIGF-I; Artificial bone; Regeneration
