The results show that Se nanowires were successfully synthesized by the vapor deposition method, which were characterized by SEM, XRD, TEM, etc. At the same time, CdSe quantum dots were successfully synthesized on the surface of Se nanowires by the method of surface modification, and their properties were tested by UV-Vis, PL and other methods. The results show that the synthesized Se nanowires have good crystal structure and elongated morphology. The CdSe quantum dots synthesized on Se nanowires show obvious optical properties and luminescence.
