This study aims to explore the correlation between HBV pre-S/S gene mutations and abnormal serological diagnostic patterns.In this study, we will collect clinical data and serological test results of 100 HBV-infected patients and divide them into two groups according to the pre-S/S gene mutation status. Clinical phenotypic analysis, HBV-DNA detection, liver function, and related immunoglobulin level measurements will be performed for all patients. Meanwhile, reaction-electrophoresis method and DNA sequence analysis technology will be used to detect HBV pre-S/S gene mutations.Finally, we will explore the correlation between HBV pre-S/S gene mutations and virus replication level, liver function, 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑serological indicators, and whether a new serological diagnostic pattern can be established to diagnose whether HBV pre-S/S gene mutations exist in hepatitis B patients.
