Ⅱ.文献综述电子商务与本地优势产业结合的模式研究 摘要：电子商务作为一种新型的流通方式、贸易方式，正在加速改变人们的生产生活方式。电子商务具有点对点、多品种、小批量的特点，实际上与专业市场的传统交易模式在某种程度上是很好契合的。作为一种全新的经营业态，电子商务深刻影响着专业市场的转型与发展，冲击和改变着专业市场传统的交易方式。 电子商务的出现和发展是商业模式信息化时代来临的集中体现，作为一种网络化的新型商务活动，没有既定的发展模式可循，需要结合自身实际进行探索。本文以绍兴轻纺城和义乌小商品市场为例，分析了其电子商务与本地优势产业结合的模式的优势，并从多个方面提出了其存在的问题，最后提出相应的解决办法。关键词：电子商务；本地；结合；优势产业Abstract: The flow of e-commerce as a new way of trade, is accelerating change people's production and life.
