In order to better manage the equipment procurement work of universities, this paper proposes a design and implementation of a university instrument and equipment procurement management system based on the B/S and C/S hybrid architecture. The system realizes the networked, centralized and automated management of equipment procurement management through the Internet, which facilitates the supervision and management of procurement work by management personnel, and improves the procurement efficiency and management level. The system is gradually completed through steps such as demand analysis, system design, data modeling, program implementation, system testing and system deployment.
