However, in industrial application, TLP connections are frequently encountered, which can change the alloy's microstructure and performance. Therefore, this paper studied the effect of TLP connection on the microstructure and performance of a nickel-based single crystal high-temperature alloy. Through experimental testing, metallographic analysis, and testing of microstructure and mechanical properties, the following conclusions were obtained: TLP connection can change the grain morphology and size of the alloy, relieve the alloy's axial orientation, and reduce its tensile strength and plasticity, while increasing its hardness.
