MDA-9/GRIM19 regulates the double signal pathway activated by Adenovirus E1A and Ras, which is a lung adenocarcinoma metastasis-related factor. MACC1 is a new type of tumor metastasis and oncogenic factor associated with lung cancer cell metastasis. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of YB-1 RNAi interference technology on the expression of MACC1 gene in lung adenocarcinoma cells A549, and to provide new targets for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma metastasis.Keywords: YB-1; RNAi; lung adenocarcinoma; MACC1; metastasis
