精品文档---下载后可任意编辑ZSM-35 沸石复合膜的合成、表征及性能讨论的开题报告摘要:本讨论旨在探究 ZSM-35 沸石复合膜的制备方法及其性能。首先,采纳水热法在 α 铝基板上制备基底沸石,然后在沸石表面修饰其大孔道结构并形成厚度为 1μm 的 ZSM-35 沸石复合膜,最终对其进行表征及性能测试。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)等表征手段对 ZSM-35 沸石复合膜进行结构表征,并采纳透射电子显微镜-能谱仪(TEM-EDS)测试了复合膜的元素分布情况。性能测试主要包括甲苯分离性能及热稳定性测试。预期的讨论结果是成功制备出 ZSM-35 沸石复合膜,其甲苯分离性能较好,在高温下表现出良好的稳定性和耐腐蚀性能。该讨论对于持久性和高稳定性沸石膜的制备和优化具有重要的理论和应用价值。关键词:ZSM-35 沸石复合膜;制备;表征;性能Abstract:The aim of this study is to investigate the synthesis and properties of ZSM-35 zeolite composite membrane. Firstly, the substrate zeolite was prepared on α-alumina substrate by hydrothermal method, and then the mesoporous structure was modified on the zeolite surface to form a ZSM-35 zeolite composite membrane with a thickness of 1 μm, and finally the membrane was characterized and tested for its performance. The structure of ZSM-35 zeolite composite membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other characterization methods, and the element distribution of the composite membrane was tested by transmission electron microscope-energy spectrometer (TEM-EDS). The performance test mainly includes the toluene separation performance and thermal stability test.The expected results of this study are to successfully prepare ZSM-35 zeolite composite membrane, which has good separation performance of toluene, and shows good stability and corrosion resistance at high temperature. This study has important theoretical and practical value for the preparation and optimization of persistent and highly stable zeolite membranes.Keywords: ZSM-35 zeolite composite membrane; synthesis; characterization; performance
