By adjusting reaction conditions such as molar ratio, temperature, and reaction time, the effect of β-cyclodextrin on the water-phase synthesis of purine nucleosides was examined. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin could effectively promote the water-phase synthesis reaction of purine nucleosides and improve product yield and purity. This study provides a new strategy for the water-phase synthesis of purine nucleosides, which has important theoretical and practical value.Keywords: β-cyclodextrin; purine nucleosides; water-phase synthesis; chemical luminescence method; high-performance liquid chromatography.
