This paper focuses on the asymmetric synthesis of chiral amine compounds and special heterocyclic compounds containing quaternary carbon. Firstly, the broad application of chiral amine compounds in biological activity and the significance of the synthesis of chiral amine compounds are introduced. Then, the asymmetric synthesis methods of chiral amine compounds are discussed in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed. Further, the asymmetric synthesis methods of special heterocyclic compounds containing quaternary carbon are introduced, and whether this method is suitable for different situations is analyzed. Finally, based on this, the development trend of asymmetric synthesis of chiral amine compounds and special heterocyclic compounds containing quaternary carbon is discussed.Keywords: chiral compounds, amine compounds, asymmetric synthesis, quaternary carbon, heterocyclic compounds
