This paper studies a multi-level inverter based on a dual-stage cascaded topology, using interleaved topology and increased capacitance modules to achieve multi-level control of the output voltage. The inverter has high voltage and power performance, and has extremely high stability and reliability in dealing with nonlinear loads and voltage fluctuations. In the development process, we also analyzed and discussed the circuit structure, control method, and modular design of the inverter to improve its practicality and maintainability. Finally, we verified the performance and superiority of the inverter through experiments and simulations, providing important theoretical and practical guidance for the development of the inverter in industrial applications.Keywords: dual-stage inverter; multi-level control; interleaved topology; capacitance module.
