精品文档---下载后可任意编辑七通道聚砜磺化聚砜共混中空纤维膜制备及微结构调控的开题报告【摘要】本讨论旨在制备七通道聚砜磺化聚砜共混中空纤维膜,并通过微结构调控提高其分离性能。首先,采纳相转移乳液聚合法制备聚砜磺化聚砜共混材料,然后采纳非溶剂凝固相分离-空气干燥法制备中空纤维膜,最后通过改变聚合物浓度、凝固浴浓度和干燥条件等参数调控膜的微结构并测试其分离性能。预期结果为获得高分离效率、高通量的中空纤维膜,为水处理、气体分离和生物分离等领域的应用提供新材料和技术支持。【关键词】七通道;聚砜磺化聚砜共混;中空纤维膜;微结构调控;分离性能【Abstract】The objective of this study is to prepare a seven-channel polysulfone-sulfonated polysulfone blend hollow fiber membrane and to improve its separation performance through microstructure control. First, the polysulfone-sulfonated polysulfone blend material was synthesized by phase transfer emulsion polymerization. Then, the hollow fiber membrane was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation followed by air drying. Finally, the microstructure of the membrane was controlled by changing the polymer concentration, coagulation bath concentration, and drying conditions, and its separation performance was tested. The expected result is a hollow fiber membrane with high separation efficiency and high flux, providing new materials and technical support for water treatment, gas separation, and biological separation applications.【Keywords】Seven-channel; Polysulfone-sulfonated polysulfone blend; Hollow fiber membrane; Microstructure control; Separation performance
