During the screening process, it was found that there were significant differences in TGG content among different tea tree varieties, and tea trees from different geographic sources also showed significant differences. Furthermore, we conducted phenotype identification and genetic analysis of tea tree germplasm with high TGG content in order to further explore the synthesis pathway and regulatory mechanism of TGG in tea trees.Keywords: TGG; tea tree; germplasm resources; TGG content; gene analysis
