精品文档---下载后可任意编辑三没食子酰基葡糖(TGG)分离鉴定及高 TGG 茶树资源筛选中期报告摘要:本讨论分离鉴定了茶油中的三没食子酰基葡糖(TGG),并对不同来源的茶树资源进行筛选,以猎取高 TGG 含量的茶树种质资源。在筛选茶树资源的过程中,通过对茶油中 TGG 含量的测定,发现出现了极显著的品种差异,而不同地理来源的茶树也表现出了显著的差异。进一步地,我们对 TGG 含量高的茶树种质资源进行了表型鉴定和基因分析,以期深化挖掘茶树中 TGG 的合成途径和调控机制。关键词:三没食子酰基葡糖;茶树;种质资源;TGG 含量;基因分析Abstract:This study isolated and identified the TGG in camellia oil, and screened different sources of tea tree resources to obtain tea tree germplasm with high TGG content. During the screening process, it was found that there were significant differences in TGG content among different tea tree varieties, and tea trees from different geographic sources also showed significant differences. Furthermore, we conducted phenotype identification and genetic analysis of tea tree germplasm with high TGG content in order to further explore the synthesis pathway and regulatory mechanism of TGG in tea trees.Keywords: TGG; tea tree; germplasm resources; TGG content; gene analysis
