The appropriate experimental scheme was established by using in vitro experimental method, and the effects of three fluorides on preventing enamel demineralization were evaluated to provide reference for clinical application.Firstly, literature review and analysis were performed. According to the literature analysis, fluoride and silver hydroxide are commonly used methods for the prevention and treatment of enamel demineralization, but there are also some limitations. In recent years, some scholars have proposed a treatment method of fluoride combined with calcium carbonate and guanine calcium, which has good effects both in vivo and in vitro.Then, the experimental scheme was designed.
