Taking Xuhui District as an example, this article analyzes the current situation of unlicensed catering in Xuhui District through investigation, data analysis, etc., and proposes countermeasures.Firstly, this article expounds the definition and influence of unlicensed catering. Then, through field visits, questionnaires, data analysis and other methods, the main features and causes of unlicensed catering in Xuhui District are explored. Subsequently, this article analyzes the role and existing problems of Xuhui District government regulatory departments and industry associations in unlicensed catering regulation.Finally, this article proposes effective strategies for regulating unlicensed catering in Xuhui District.
