精品文档---下载后可任意编辑上颌后牙区种植相关解剖结构的锥形束 CT 测量分析讨论的开题报告【摘要】目的:讨论上颌后牙区种植相关的解剖结构,为后续种植手术提供可靠的解剖学数据。采纳锥形束计算机断层扫描技术(CBCT)对上颌后牙区的解剖结构进行测量分析。方法:选取 50 例已完成 CBCT 检查的患者的上颌后牙区,通过三维再建立技术,分析了牙龈垂直高度、上颌窦前后宽度、上颌窦颊侧壁与牙根之间的距离以及上颌窦颊侧壁骨质厚度等相关数据。结果:该讨论显示,牙龈垂直高度的平均值为 3.5 ± 0.5 mm,上颌窦前后宽度平均值为 14.5 ± 1.3 mm,上颌窦颊侧壁与牙根之间的距离平均值为 9.5 ± 1.1 mm,上颌窦颊侧壁骨质厚度平均值为 2.5 ± 0.6 mm。结论:CBCT 技术可以提供可靠的解剖学数据,能够有效地帮助口腔种植医生在上颌后牙区的种植手术中减少手术风险,提高成功率。【关键词】 CBCT,上颌后牙区,种植,解剖学数据,手术风险【Abstract】Objective: To study the anatomy of the posterior maxilla in relation to dental implant surgery and provide reliable anatomical data for subsequent surgeries. Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) was used to measure and analyze the anatomy of the posterior maxilla.Method: Fifty patients who had completed CBCT scans of the posterior maxilla were selected. Three-dimensional reconstruction technology was used to analyze gingival vertical height, anterior-posterior width of the maxillary sinus, distance between the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the root of the tooth, and the thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus.Results: The results showed that the mean value of gingival vertical height was 3.5 ± 0.5 mm, the mean value of the anterior-posterior width of the maxillary sinus was 14.5 ± 1.3 mm, the mean value of the distance between the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus and the root of the tooth was 9.5 ± 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑1.1 mm, and the mean value of the thickness of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus was 2.5 ± 0.6 mm.Conclusion: CBCT technology can provide reliable anatomical data, effectively reducing surgical risks and increasing the success rate of dental implant surgery in the posterior maxilla.【Keywords】 CBCT, posterior maxilla, dental implant, anatomical data, surgical risk
