In order to explore the performance of different types of fully open impeller centrifugal pumps, this paper proposes a scheme of numerical calculation and experimental research. Firstly, the CFD method is used to calculate the fully open impeller centrifugal pump to determine the performance parameters such as head, efficiency and pressure pulsation of different types of fully open impeller centrifugal pumps. Secondly, physical experiments are conducted to test different types of fully open impeller centrifugal pumps, to verify the accuracy of numerical calculation results and evaluate and compare the performance. Finally, combining numerical calculation and experimental results, the advantages and disadvantages of different types of fully open impeller centrifugal pumps are analyzed, providing reference and guidance for their further application.Keywords: fully open impeller centrifugal pump; impeller type; numerical calculation; experimental research; performance evaluation
