Studying the output coefficients of non-point source pollution is of great significance for effectively reducing non-point source pollution. This paper introduces the research plan involving the estimation and application of non-point source pollution output coefficients related to different land use types. First, the concept and influence of non-point source pollution are briefly introduced. Then, the definition and estimation methods of non-point source pollution output coefficients, including field test method, simulation method, and statistical method, are introduced. Furthermore, for different land use types such as farmland, forest land, urban areas, etc., the factors affecting different output coefficients are discussed in detail.
