Methods: 100 patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group underwent anesthesia with propofol target-controlled infusion, while the control group underwent anesthesia with fentanyl. Blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, analgesia, and recovery were recorded before and after surgery in both groups, and postoperative stress response was assessed using a questionnaire. Results: It is expected that the incidence of postoperative stress response in the propofol group will be lower than that in the fentanyl group. Conclusion: Propofol target-controlled infusion anesthesia can effectively reduce stress responses in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.【Keywords】Propofol target-controlled infusion; nasal endoscopic surgery; stress response
