This thesis aims to investigate the metabolites produced by two strains of plant endophytic Streptomyces with anti-tuberculosis activity, and explore their possible pharmacological mechanisms. Firstly, isolation and purification techniques will be used to isolate Streptomyces from the seeds of two plants, and then its genus and metabolites will be identified by biological, chemical and analysis techniques. Subsequently, the inhibitory effect of the metabolites produced by Streptomyces against Mycobacterium tuberculosis will be evaluated by anti-tubercular drug sensitivity testing and structure-activity relationship analysis. Finally, molecular biology techniques will be used to further explore the pharmacological mechanisms of Streptomyces metabolites.Keywords: tuberculosis; anti-tubercular drugs; Streptomyces; metabolites; pharmacological mechanisms.
