However, in the actual operation process, there are a series of problems in the construction of campus culture in middle schools, such as low teacher quality, emphasis on utilitarianism, lack of systematicness, and aristocratization. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures, mainly including strengthening teacher training, strengthening campus culture publicity, enhancing students' sense of achievement, and promoting campus culture diversification.
